Corporate Account Manager - Midland / Odessa, TX
ALLTITE is an industrial tooling company providing torque and tension equipment, repairs, rentals, and calibrations. We provide cloud-based documentation for all tools for the easiest tool auditing in the industry. We service a variety of industries including oil and gas, renewable, and manufacturing. The Corporate Account Manager’s primary responsibility is to generate new business through equipment rental, new tool sales and corporate calibration contracts. This involves creating and nurturing business relationships with clients, establishing multiple touchpoints within organizations and closing large, company-wide service agreements. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in business-to-business sales and who can own the role with passion, innovation, and adaptability. We are seeking an organized, self-starter who enjoys building relationships and finding areas of growth based upon customer goals.
This is a full-time sales role, and the hours are Monday- Friday 8am-5pm with some flexibility based upon customer location.
Compensation - Base + Commission. Commission for this role is uncapped.
· Customer Communication: Clearly articulate ALLTITE’s unique value proposition to customers, ensuring they understand the ALLTITE solution. Adjust communication style to suit various customer personalities.
· Virtual Meetings: Use web-based platform to host meetings, educating and challenging customer assumptions.
· Account Penetration: Scale existing customers into larger long-term contracts by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
· Consensus Building: Effectively build consensus among key stakeholders within client organizations.
· Adaptable Communication: Adjust communication styles to effectively engage with various decision makers (e.g., IT staff, Service Managers, Quality Management).
· Customer Education: Utilize Case studies and success stories to initiate new interactions and demonstrate value.
· Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal customers to ensure consistent service implementation and communication across client organizations.
· Quality Management: Ensure that each customer contract is reviewed through quality management processes.
· Contract Analysis: Negotiate key terms of contract, analyzing pricing, timing and capability considerations.
· CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate CRM documentation and ensure timely input.
· Forecasting: Provide accurate forecasts for quarterly and yearly sales pipelines.
· Time Management: Balance schedules to maximize touchpoints with each customer.
· Team Collaboration: Demonstrate excellent communication skills and engage constructively with both internal and external customers to solve problems.
· High-Level Sales: Implement high-level contract sales as strategies.
· Customer-Centric Decisions: Maintain outlook and viewpoint of the customer when making decisions.
· Integrity and Reliability: Consistently demonstrate integrity and reliability to garner trust with internal and external customers.

· Special Projects: Complete additional special projects or duties as requested.
· Professional Communication: Effectively convey complex ideas clearly and concisely in both written and verbal communication.
· Minimum of three years’ experience in business-to-business sales preferably within the Oil & Gas sector. Experience with Industrial equipment sales preferred.
· Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
· Comprehension of Internal business systems, Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
· Satisfactory background check and pre-employment drug screening
· Ability to lift 50 lbs. without aid on occasion and sit at a desk for extended periods using a computer. *
